THE BRIEF /

At Roblox, our previous careers site didn’t fully capture our evolving story or make it easy for candidates to explore opportunities. My goal was to transform it into a dynamic, engaging platform that leveraged our new employer brand messaging while better showcasing our teams and enhancing the candidate experience. Taking a strategic, UX-driven approach, we reimagined the site’s architecture, content, and functionality to create a more intuitive and seamless job seeker experience.

From the Ground Up

I led a full-scale redesign, developed EVP messaging with business priorities while introducing new content and reengineering the Jobs Board from the ground up. By applying UX best practices, I streamlined site navigation, developed a cohesive content strategy, and launched the first-ever section dedicated to highlighting individual teams. The result: an intuitive, engaging platform that not only reflected Roblox’s culture and opportunities, but also made it easier for candidates to find their place within the company.
